Each year, Apple will provide free WWDC student tickets to student developers and STEM organization members. Student developers usually do not have enough money to buy WWDC tickets to participate in the general assembly. This year, Apple will begin accepting student ticket applications from March 27th, while Apple also updated the rules and details of student ticket applications. Application time for student developers is from 10 a.m. on March 27th to about 2 pm on, April 2nd. Apple will be notified on Friday, April 21st, students get tickets.
WWDC tickets are priced at $1599, but student tickets are available free of charge. Previously, apple does not provide air tickets and accommodation, and today, apple said it can provide free accommodation. WWDC student applicants must be over 13 years old, registered as an apple developer, or a part-time or full-time.
Apple recommends that students who want to apply for student tickets to use Swift Playgrounds to create an interactive scene, you can complete the experience within 3 minutes. Student developers must use iPad on Swift Playgrouand or macOS on Xcode. Apple will use three standard products: technology, creativity and application.
This year's WWDC will be held on June 5th -9 at the McEnery Convention center in San, California. This is the first time since 2003, apple held outside the WWDC in San Francisco. Participate in WWDC developers can communicate with Apple engineers and employees, while Apple will be released at the June 5th WWDC conference iOS 11 and macOS 10.13.
