Apollo platform research and development leader Wang Jing proud announced Apollo2.0 officially opened. In addition, Apollo will be working with Access LA to launch the pilot service for next-generation ancillary passenger transport systems in Los Angeles by the end of 2018, targeting disabled people. Prior to this, Baidu also introduced the world's first interactive AI-car system - Apollo small car system, has reached a strategic cooperation with more than 10 car prices, and gradually mass production.

Lu Qi also revealed that Apollo global "circle of friends" breakthrough 90.Microsoft, TomTom, leading edge technology online learning platform in Silicon Valley Udacity (Udacity), Singapore smart travel company AMI and other international companies emerged and announced the cooperation plan. In the future, Apollo will provide autopilot services to its global partners outside of China based on Microsoft Cloud Azure. Apollo will also be working with TomTom on the world's high-definition map service. In addition, Apollo will work with AMI, a Singapore-based smart-travel company, to promote the commercialization of autonomous driving technologies in Singapore and Southeast Asia and to participate in local smart-traffic construction.

At the same time, Baidu President Zhang Yaqin announced that Baidu will set up more Apollo Global Labs to launch global auto-driving talent storage and accelerate the development and innovation of autonomous driving technology. "Baidu is using AI technology to break the geographical boundaries. Apollo is China and it is becoming a world," said Ya-Qin Zhang.
