If the consumer does not know the registered name of the company, the system can also automatically determine the company and match the jurisdictional authority by clicking on the electronic map.

When complaining, you can also choose to give priority to the intervention of the company. The maximum processing time of the company is not more than 10 working days. If you are dissatisfied with the results of your company's processing, you can transfer it to the industry, commerce, and market regulators where you are located.
