In order to remedy the problems on some PCs, Microsoft today re-released KB4093118, an April 2018 update rollup for Windows 7 systems. Although the company did not formally announce it, Woody Leonhard said that users will see the April update rollup again when checking for updates through Windows Update.
KB4093118 was announced on the Patch Tuesday event day (April 10) this April, but some devices caused the NIC card to fail after installation. Today on the KB page, the update date has been displayed on April 13th.
