A leak picture of Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Tab S4, which is about to be launched by Samsung, is supposed to attract Apple's attention. It removes the large border at the top and bottom, which many iPad Pro potential buyers have always wanted to see.
Photo shows that in order to complete the design changes, Samsung moves on the Galaxy Tab S4 tablet except Home key. This may also appear on Apple's agenda. Apple has removed the Home key from iPhone X, and it is estimated that no iPhone will be available in the 2018 year's iPhone. Therefore, it is not impossible for apple to remove the Home key in the iPad product line.
The new iPad Pro removes the Home key to make room for larger display screens, and the size of the fuselage is unchanged, or the screen size is unchanged, and the fuselage becomes smaller. Both of these two choices have their advantages and problems.
Installing a larger screen on the same size of a tablet will make the device more practical, and at the same time, apple does not need to redesign its Smart Keyboard accessories. The latest concept of iPad Pro is equipped with a 11.9 inch display, the size of the fuselage is 10.5 inches iPad Pro. Or, let the screen size of iPad Pro remain unchanged, but narrow the borders around the screen so that the device can be more portable.
Although Galaxy Tab S4 may shrink the top and bottom borders of the screen and remove the Home key, the rest of the design of the upcoming tablet computer is not what Apple should consider, such as plastic shells.
The 10.5 inch iPad Pro and the second generation of 12.9 inch iPad Pro made their debut in the spring of 2017, while apples tend to update a tablet every 18 months, so the new iPad Pro may be released with the new iPhone in September.
