By 2020, this call center will recruit a total of 400 employees, of which 200 will be recruited in 2018. The center includes two centers that provide training for dealers and dealers across the United States, and a display center that exhibits almost all of Samsung Electronics' electronic products.

It is said that the center is also equipped with functions such as online video chat, providing Internet to provide real-time support and services to Samsung users.
