On the morning of October 23, the Hong Kong Economic Daily of China reported that Microsoft launched the Dynamics 365 Business Center business application in Hong Kong today to assist SMEs in business management.
Microsoft said that this application service covers financial management, operation, sales and customer service. At the same time, Dynamics 365 Business Center uses artificial intelligence (AI) to break the boundaries of traditional accounting software to help businesses clearly examine accounting, invoicing, procurement, inventory and reporting details.
By concatenating with different cloud services such as Microsoft AI, Office 365, and PowerBI, the application can be tailored to the business needs of a particular industry. Microsoft says cloud solutions not only integrate business programs, but also enhance data security, allowing users to view business in full at any time. At present, Business Central provides services to 160 thousand business customers and millions of users worldwide.
Since its launch in April this year, Hong Kong will be the fourth Asian-Pacific market to launch Dynamics 365 Business Center after South Korea, New Zealand and Australia. In addition to the Asia-Pacific region, the Business Center is also available in 16 countries around the world, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden and Finland.
