The notice is in the release notes of this new version.MicrosoftThe following are the following:

"Some beta users may notice a slight difference in the upcoming version of File Explorer - we'll have more to share with it later."

Even without the details of how Microsoft plans to use File Explorer to improve its experience in the upcoming version, it seems that there have been some changes in this version.

File Explorer now comes with an updated "Modification Date" column to display the update time of the files stored on the system. As shown in the screen shot attached to this article, Windows now displays the time from the last change, rather than the specific date and time of the file modification.

File resource managers in Windows 1019H1 may have more core content. Recently, in Windows 10 October 2018 Update (version 1809), dark mode was introduced into file resource managers. As one of the most popular Windows 10 functions, Dark Mode aligns File Explorer with the rest of the operating system, providing a friendly visual experience for a dark working environment.

However, the October 2018 update of Windows 10 is currently suspended because Microsoft was forced to suspend deployment due to serious errors in deleting user files during the upgrade process.
