A Cota power receiver that can be embedded in any device can give a signal to the sender, and after successful negotiation, the precise wireless power transmission can be turned on.
It is reported that the session between the device and the transmitter can be completed in a few hundredths of a second. Even if the device is constantly moving, it can safely deliver power.
In addition, all Cota-enabled devices can receive power at the same time.
Spigen did not disclose the specific price of the device (obviously not too cheap), but from the prototype of the show, it has been much more powerful than Apple's solution.
If all goes well, products based on Cota technology are expected to enter the market next year.
