According to the Daily Mail of Britain, a parrot named Rocco ordered fruits and vegetables in Amazon using Alexa smart speaker while its owner was not at home.
The parrot and his owner live in Tampa, Florida, USA. One day, the owner went out and came home to find that he ordered a variety of products in Amazon, including fruits, vegetables, kettles, light bulbs and kites. It turned out that the family parrot Rocco ordered it in Alexa using voice when the owner was not at home. Watermelon, raisins and ice cream are all its favorite foods, as can be seen from the products ordered.
Rocco's owner said,Rocco activated voice assistants through Alexa, an Amazon smart speaker, and then placed orders with Amazon, most of the time ordering its favorite foods. The owner also said that Rocco often chatted with Alxa at home, and once came home to find that Rocco had been chatting with Alxa, and even let Alexa play music.
Voice assistant really facilitates our life. It's very convenient to buy goods online through voice. But if there's a "talking" kid at home, it's better to pay a little attention.
