New features and features of Outlook on the Web side include
Now it's easier to identify in the mailing list. Classification makes it easier for users to mark, find or organize your mail. Users can add multiple categories to an email, add a category to a favorite, or use "search" to find categories.
When your eyes are a little tired, personalize your inbox in dark mode. Don't worry, when you want to read or write a specific email, you can "enable Light mode".
Sometimes you may not be able to express your thoughts in words. A picture is better than a thousand words. Users can add Emoji and GIF to your email directly on Outlook.
You can collect anything that is important to you and place it prominently in your inbox. You can collect a contact, a group, or a category so that you can access them more easily and see the message count for each contact. Once you collect them, they will also be synchronized to the Outlook mobile!
Write or read e-mail quickly
When you create new emails, Outlook will reserve a tab at the bottom of the Reading Panel for them to reboot whenever you need it, then return to read the last email and still find the one you are writing.
Now you can search multiple calendars. Searcher, keyword or location, Outlook will display all matching events in your calendar. You can also use filters to adjust the calendar you want to search for or the time range you want to search for.
Create events quickly
Creating meetings is much simpler. Just click on the calendar surface to show you how to quickly write forms, invite people, find rooms, and even get suggestion time available to everyone.
Focus on today
This feature allows you to focus more on what you need to focus on this week. To help users, Microsoft places Today (today) and Tomorrow (tomorrow) prominently so that you can easily identify upcoming events by quickly browsing the calendar.
Sometimes you don't have time to process e-mail correctly and hope it arrives at different times. Outlook now allows you to press e-mail for more convenient times when the time is not right. When you pause your e-mail, it leaves your inbox and reappears as unread mail at the top of your inbox at the time and date you choose.
Provide upcoming events in the monthly view
Looking at your calendar in the monthly view allows you to better understand which days or weeks are busier, and now you can more easily track the day's activities, as well as see the overall picture. In the monthly view, Outlook also shows how long you will be before the next activity.
Creating online meetings
Microsoft adjusted the background to more accurately reflect the online conference strategy of the user organization. Based on the services you enable, you will see one of the following three options: i) Add Online Meetings drop-down menu, where you can select Skype or Team Meetings, ii) Switch to create Skype Meetings or iii) Switch to create Team Meetings.
Join online meetings in event activities
It's easier to join online meetings where you track your day's schedule. Users only need to click on the calendar option once to join the online meeting.
Check participants'responses to the meeting
You can now easily identify the invited participants and check everyone's responses. We added a quick summary to the event and invited participants to group them according to their responses in the full meeting. If you use event viewing, you can view details of participants at fewer than three meetings, and if there are more meetings, you can view summaries of responses.
Tasks can be synchronized with To-Do
The new task experience will synchronize to-do tasks and be able to work in parts like Planner.OfficeSynchronization in the "Assigned to me" list of applications. Now when a user tags an e-mail, it can be created as a task in the "tagged e-mail" list in To-Do.
