Due to the lack of current content collaboration,MicrosoftA hybrid intelligence mechanism was introduced to solve the problem of inline annotations through intelligence support with multiple machine frameworks. Not only is the patent description allowed to insert without accessing the document, but it can also be directed to a specific agent by a trigger condition such as "@:request" or a more common phrase such as "find" or "carefully check here" .

Various communication applications can be deployed to display these annotations, and users can use interactive documents directly on some clients to quickly insert annotations. In addition, if they are unable to answer, those who specifically request a response can also pass the issue on to others. The above mechanism inherently means allowing for a broader collaboration because only relevant content is displayed to the associated person.

Many other communication methods and subsequent editing methods can be read in detail in the patent literature. If implemented in a future Word document, it is good news for large enterprises or tasks that require multi-person collaboration.
