T4 technical standard requires that the complex scenes of pedestrian violation and construction section detour can be dealt with through tunnels, schools and other areas. Vehicles should also accurately identify various traffic elements such as tidal lanes, variable steering lanes, left-turn intersections, temporary traffic lights and other special traffic signs, markings and signal lights, and can correct them. It's really accessible now. Vehicles should also have overtaking ability, ramp driving ability, ramp parking and starting ability, and the error should be strictly less than 15 cm.

T4 license is also the most difficult to obtain automatic driving license, which requires very high technical requirements, and the process of obtaining license is quite strict, which needs to be examined in many links. First of all, automatic driving vehicles need to be tested at the Yizhuang Auto Driving Test Site in Beijing, which is the largest area, the highest test level and the richest test scenario. The test site includes expressways, expressways, urban roads, rural roads, etc. A variety of scenarios can cover more than 85% of the urban traffic scenarios in Beijing Wing area.
