There is no doubt that the epidemic has affected the factory's resumption of work. Although more and more enterprises are starting to operate, the resumption rate of such intensive enterprises as Foxconn may only be 40-60%.

Subject to the above, Apple today issued its latest fiscal second-quarter (through March) financial performance guidance, announcing that it will not be able to meet its revenue target for the quarter as a result of China's new COVID-19 coronavirus epidemic.

Apple said:

As far as iphone supplies are concerned, apple says all of its manufacturing partners'plants are outside the epidemic's center, in hubei province, and that they have resumed work but have returned to full-load production more slowly than expected.

Apple said it is continuing to monitor the situation and will provide more information at its quarterly earnings conference call in April. Novel coronavirus pneumonia is also being reported to be more than doubled by the company to help public health departments fight against Wuhan's new crown pneumonia virus.
