Apple today quietly released a new version of the 30W usb-c power adapter, model my1w2. The external design of this adapter has not changed, so if there is any adjustment, it is likely to be an internal adjustment. The previous model mr2a2 is no longer available from apple.

The power adapter is still compatible with any device that supports usb-c, and apple continues to recommend a 13 inch MacBook Air and retina display. The adapter can also be used to quickly charge compatible iPhone and iPad Pro models. The new version still sells for 340 yuan at Apple's online store and will ship within a few days.

Apple made a similar move in June 2018, when it quietly replaced the 29w power adapter with the original 30W version, which was sold until this week.

According to the current reports, the iPhone 12 will no longer be equipped with a standard charger or earpods headphones. Users will need to purchase them themselves and only provide a charging data cable. At present, apple is also promoting the certification process of 20W charger. Obviously, this is not a bonus, but a need for users to buy.

Not only will this year's iPhone 12 cancel the attached charger, but the existing second-generation iPhone se will no longer come with a charger from the second half of this year!
