In response to the increasing number of people with depression,The Health Commission issued the work plan of exploring the characteristic services for depression prevention and treatment, which requires that the rate of treatment for depression should be increased by 50% by 2020.
According to the work plan of exploring the characteristic service of depression prevention and treatment, in the future, the domestic medical and health field needs to complete six key tasks, including strengthening the education of prevention and treatment knowledge, carrying out screening and evaluation, improving the ability of early diagnosis and standardized treatment, strengthening the intervention of key groups, strengthening the psychological hotline service, and timely carrying out psychological intervention.
By 2022, the public awareness rate of depression prevention and control knowledge in pilot areas should reach 80%, and the awareness rate of students on prevention and treatment knowledge should reach 85%. The treatment rate of depression was increased by 50%, the treatment rate was increased by 30%, and the annual recurrence rate was reduced by 30%. The recognition rate of depression of doctors in non psychiatric hospitals was increased by 50% and the standardized treatment rate was increased by 20% on the existing basis.
