According to foreign media reports, NASA came back with new sounds from different parts of space, giving the public a chance to hear new sounds from the galaxy - some of which, to be honest, sound a little creepy. It is understood that the songs have become part of NASA's Halloween entertainment products, including a new space poster featuring terror as part of its "galaxy of horrors" art series.
NASA have shared the new space audio on their SoundCloud accounts, where anyone can listen to space noise from Mars Insight, ESA's Planck spacecraft, the Chandra X Ray Observatory and the Juno spacecraft.
NASA said the new sounds were generated from previously collected space data. There are 14 songs in the list, including one featuring Jupiter's aurora, Cassiopeia A's high-energy blast wave, Mars' earthquakes, plasma waves, and galactic sonolization.
Some of these orbits are accompanied by additional details, NASA said, such as "sounds of the ancient universe" tracks created by Planck spacecraft capturing the waves shortly after the big bang.
