Three months later, all the three key figures in the team were transferred to other villages to open up branches. This time, Dong Bin still adopted the method of opening multiple operation stores in a short time, and opened office areas in several villages in the east of Qingyun county. In the second half of 2018, Dong Bin's company opened branches in seven towns of Qingyun County, with the store manager as the core person in charge.

Dong Bin also suffered a big blow. In the early stage of business development, the logistics system of partners was adopted. The people who directly gave the money to Dong Bin were not customers, but the people in the logistics system. Once, a partner ran away and didn't pay Dong Bin, so he suffered a big loss. Since then, he has built his own logistics and transportation channels, forming a closed-loop business transaction.

This is one of the important reasons why he can become a cross-border e-commerce in rural Shandong. The front-end operation is in rural Shandong, labor-intensive and inexpensive; the back-end logistics is in the first tier cities of Guangdong, efficient and developed.
