On March 28, according to media reports, Shenzhen xunlian Zhifu Network Co., Ltd. has recently undergone industrial and commercial changes,Shanghai vorio Information Technology Co., Ltd. withdrew from the shareholders, and Huawei Technology Co., Ltd. was added as the shareholder, holding 100% of the shares.

Xunlian Zhifu was first a subsidiary of ZTE. In August 2016, ZTE software, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ZTE, sold 90% of the equity of xunlian Zhifu to Shanghai vorio, a subsidiary of Zhengtong, at a transfer price of 382.5 million yuan; in January 2018, xunlian Zhifu became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai vorio.

According to the data, Shenzhen xunlian Zhifu Network Co., Ltd. was established in June 2013 with a registered capital of 200 million yuan and its legal representative is Wang Guanrong. The company's business scope includes electronic payment, Internet payment, computer technology services, database and computer network services, online data processing and trading business, information services, etc.
